Tawk. to - Shopify app for Online live chat for e-commerce store

tawk.to is a free Shopify app useful for live chat for the e-commerce store. This is useful in gaining valuable insights in real time.
It helps in driving engagements with the customer. Also, it increases the conversion rate of an e-commerce store.
Through this app, the customers will be in touch with you anytime on any device like Mobile, PC, Tablet etc.
This app is compatible with all browsers. Also, it supports multiple operating systems like iOS, Windows etc. It works in real time with real people.
Also, it offers 24x7 support for 365 days. This is easy to install and use for Shopify platform. To install this app for your store, click tawk.to Live Chat . After going to this page, click Get button.
After clicking the Get button, enter the URL of the store and click Login.
After logging into the store, click the Install app.
After installing the app, sign into tawk.to account if exists. Otherwise, create a new one by clicking tawk.to link on the dashboard.
After going to tawk.to site, enter your details and click Sign up for Free.
After creating an account, it will redirect you to the dashboard. Select the languages of the store.
After selecting the language, enter the name of the Shopify site and its URL and click Next.
Enter the team members name and their roles and click Next.
After this select the platform and click Done.
Then open the app dashboard on Shopify admin dashboard and login into tawk.to -account.
After logging into the tawk.to account, select the store and choose widget and click Use Selected Widget. Then the widget will be successfully installed on the store.
